No Leads on Lucy

Still nothing on Lucy, we hope that she is not gone for good and we hope that she is not suffering on the end of a chain. Lucy was rescued in 2004 (she's in our happy endings for 2004 as Neenah) by the Humane Society on a cruelty investigation. She was the only dog seized to make it up for adoption. She was 6 months old at the time and very undersized. She was adopted to what we thought and hoped would have been her forever home. She was a sweet sweet people friendly little pup that was eager to please and still tough as nails. He returned her last year as an adult when he decided he no longer wanted to have a dog. It was a sad blow for Lucy who had lived as a house pet to return to the adoption scene.

We hope the best for Lucy but are very worried. Hers is the sad uncertain tale of a pit bull dog.
